Our Mission
We are the place for those who want to dive deep into the Method, learn more, feel more and grow more in their practice. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through Pilates. Our mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel confident and empowered in their practice. Our exclusive studio only provides small group classes (maximum 4 for apparatus and 8 for mat) and private lessons so that everyone gets the care and attention they deserve from the instructor.
Our Approach
Our approach to Pilates is rooted in the principles of Joseph Pilates- founder of Contrology. Second Generation Master Teacher Nichole L'vov was trained by Lolita San Miguel - one of only two teachers officially certified by Joseph in the 1960s. Our style of teaching emphasizes attentive, individualized instruction to each client. We believe Pilates is for anyone no matter age, gender, ability or experience. Everyone can achieve a deeper mind-body connection and more effective results at Pilates Unites Education Center.
